Our Safebudz® has a 3.5 mm Headphone Plug work with iPhone, iPad,  iPod models and  Android smart phones that have a 3.5 mm headphone jack. You can also use these earphones with other products that have a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack.

 

IPhone 7 and the newest IPhone models:   Apple provides you with a small adapter when purchasing the phone. if misplaced

or lost one can obtain it in any Apple store

The Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter (not included with Safebudz  headphone purchase) lets you connect 3.5 mm headphones and other audio devices to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that has a Lightning connector. Your iOS device also needs iOS 10 or later.

Plug your Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter into the Lightning connector on your iOS device and plug the other end into your headphones.

 

Sound troubleshooting:

There's no audio coming from my earphones.

  • Check the condition of the audio cable. If the plug or any part of the cable has been damaged, that could be causing the problem

  • Be sure the earphones are connected properly. The earphones may be connected improperly or the connection may have come loose. Remove and re seat the earphone connector

  • Make sure the audio device is on and the volume is turned up

  • Try a different audio device. The problem could be with the audio device to which your earphones are currently connected

  • Check your earphone cable to make sure it is not cut or frayed. When disconnecting it from an audio device, do not pull on the cable—instead, grab the base of the earphone plug  and pull gently

I can hear audio from only one side of my earphones. ( Stereo Safebudz only)

Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days from the ship date.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items purchased at Safebudz.com may be returned  by mail.

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

To determine if your product is defective, contact with  Technical Support so that an expert can troubleshoot the issues you’ve been having with your product.

Do not ship your product to Safebudz.com  before  contacting us and obtaining authorization  number (RMA # ) to return it.

Your package includes an order invoice, return authorization number ( RMA#).

  1. Securely pack your merchandise and in a box  (you may also use the original package if possible).

  2. Write your return merchandise authorization number ( RMA#)   outside of your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

  3. Mail your online returns to the provided  address . We recommend you send your package with insurance your for security.

     

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. For   returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift card, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
